NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Public Comment Period At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

Consideration of a Resolution Approving an Amendment to the Project Plan and Boundaries of Tax Incremental District No. 6 in the Village of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. At its meeting on September 11, 2018 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Resolution be approved. Click to View

The request of Falls Baptist Church to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan for a portion of lands located at N68W12467 Appleton Avenue, from the Low Density Residential Land Use Classification to the Institutional Land Use Classification. At its meeting on September 11, 2018 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved. Click to View

A Resolution approving the Final Plat for the Silver Spring Estates Phase 6 Subdivision located on the east side of Town Line Road, South of the Union Pacific Railroad tracks, identified by Part of Tax Key Numbers 118.997.004 and 118.998, Planned Residential Development (PRD) District.
