Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

6.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   The request of Cave Enterprises LLC to obtain a conditional use permit allowing a fast-food restaurant on lands currently owned by Pharmacy LLC c/o CVS Caremarkone. The subject property is located near the northeast corner of the Appleton Avenue and Pilgrim Road intersection directly south of the CVS Pharmacy, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 11, Tax Key Number 43.997.006, C-1 Neighborhood Business District with the OC-5 Commercial Service Overlay.  At its meeting on September 11, 2018 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 20 conditions being resolved prior to the issuance of a Building Permit, and 14 conditions running with the Permit.  At its meeting on September 25, 2018 the Architectural Control Board unanimously recommended this Permit be approved subject to 7 conditions. a.   An Ordinance amending Section 42-6 of Chapter 42 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Menomonee Falls relating to the fee for an operator's license. Click to View

a.   An Ordinance Establishing the following No Parking Zone on Water Street between Falls Parkway and Perhsing Avenue.
1. Create “No Parking At Any Time” zone along the east side of Water Street from a point 220 feet north of Pershing Ave north to Falls Parkway.
2. Create “No Parking At Any Time” zone along the west side of Water Street from a point 200 feet south of Falls Parkway to a point 350 feet north of  Pershing Ave.
