b. Bill Approval for February 2019 in the amount of $19,580,839.34

d. Application for a Successor of Agent for Maiden Voyage of Milwaukee, Inc. for Sal's Pub & Grill located at N88W16697 Appleton Avenue, Dina Wagner, New Agent for the 2018 - 2019 Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage and "Class B" Liquor License. (No Police Concerns)

8. Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. The request of Spartan Youth Baseball Association to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing an indoor recreation facility at the property owned by Alexandra Enterprises LLC located at W141N5968 Kaul Avenue, Tax Key Number 101.006, I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District. At its meeting on March 5, 2019 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 7 conditions.

b. The request of Wittlin Station LLC to adopt a Resolution approving a Certified Survey Map combining lands located at N92W17387 Appleton Avenue, N91W17345 Appleton Avenue and the vacant lot located directly south. The lands are identified by Tax Key Numbers 16.983, 16.993 and 16.994, and located in the C-1 Neighborhood Business Zoning District with the OC-5 Commercial Service Overlay Zoning District. At its meeting on March 5, 2019 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Resolution be approved subject to 4 conditions.

c. A Resolution approving the termination of an easement, transferring Village owned property, and authorizing the Village Manager to complete the transaction. The subject lands are located at N72W15920 and N72W15982 Good Hope Road, on properties identified by Tax Key Numbers 60.965.001 and 60.970. At its meeting on March 5, 2019 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Village Board adopt the final draft of the Resolution.

9. General Government Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Adoption of a Resolution approving a successor Village Hall Lease Agreement between the Village of Menomonee Falls and the School District of Menomonee Falls regarding Village Hall.

b. Approval of a second amendment to a 2009 Access Management Agreement between the Village of Menomonee Falls and the Falls Cable Access Corporation.

c. Adoption of an Ordinance amending Chapter 90 of the Municipal Code to create a permitting process for permanent above ground encroachments to the Village right-of-way.

10. Utilities and Public Works Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Approval of an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Commission and the Village of Menomonee Falls to Recognize Joint TMDL Implementation Initiatives
