Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

a.   The request of Spartan Youth Baseball Association to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing an indoor recreation facility at the property owned by Alexandra Enterprises LLC located at W141N5968 Kaul Avenue, Tax Key Number 101.006, I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District.  At its meeting on March 5, 2019 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this permit be approved subject to 7 conditions. b.   The request of Wittlin Station LLC to adopt a Resolution approving a Certified Survey Map combining lands located at N92W17387 Appleton Avenue, N91W17345 Appleton Avenue and the vacant lot located directly south. The lands are identified by Tax Key Numbers 16.983, 16.993 and 16.994, and located in the C-1 Neighborhood Business Zoning District with the OC-5 Commercial Service Overlay Zoning District.  At its meeting on March 5, 2019 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Resolution be approved subject to 4 conditions. c.   A Resolution approving the termination of an easement, transferring Village owned property, and authorizing the Village Manager to complete the transaction.  The subject lands are located at N72W15920 and N72W15982 Good Hope Road, on properties identified by Tax Key Numbers 60.965.001 and 60.970.  At its meeting on March 5, 2019 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended the Village Board adopt the final draft of the Resolution.
