Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

5.   Public Hearings: All persons interested in making comments about any of the public hearing items will be heard. Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication.  Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken.  Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.
 
a.   A public hearing to consider the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding the request of Bryant Van Cronkhite to rezone lands from the A-1 Agricultural Zoning District to the A-2 Agricultural / Urban Fringe Zoning District.  The subject lands are located on the east side of Lannon Road, approximately 3/4 mile south of County Line Road, identified by a portion of Tax Key Number 19.999.004.   Action Item:  
 
  Discussion and Possible action on the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding the adoption of an Ordinance rezoning lands located on the east side of Lannon Road, approximately 1/4 mile south of County Line Road, identified by a portion of Tax Key Number 19.999.004, from the A-1 Agricultural Zoning District to the A-2 Agricultural / Urban Fringe Zoning District.  At its meeting on March 5, 2019 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved.

6.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   The request of Bryant and Erin Van Cronkhite to adopt a Resolution approving a Certified Survey Map redividing land located on the east side of Lannon Road approximately 3/4 mile south of County Line Road.  The lands are identified by Tax Key Numbers 19.999.004 and 18.996, and located in the A-1 Agricultural District, FF Floodfringe District, CW-1 Conservancy - Wetlands District, R-3 Single Family Residential District and Shoreland - Wetland District.  At its meeting on March 5, 2019 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Resolution be approved subject to 12 conditions. b.   The request of The Bradford Real Estate Companies to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing The Learning Experience to operate a child care facility generally located on the southeast corner of Pilgrim Road and Shawn Circle, on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 103.985.009.  At its meeting on March 5, 2019 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Permit be approved subject to 9 conditions.
