Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

b.   Resolution approving the Final Plat for the AEROPARK ADDITION NO. 1 Subdivision extending Beechcraft Road.  The proposed Subdivision is located on the east side of Lannon Road, approximately ¼ mile south of Silver Spring Drive. Click to View

a.   The first Village Board meeting in September will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 due to the Observance of Labor Day on Monday, September 2, 2019. Please note the Plan Commission meeting will be held one week later on Tuesday, September 10, 2019.
 
9.   Convene into closed session in the Administrative Conference Room (Room #2244) under Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(e) to confer with the Village Manager, Assistant Village Manager and Village Attorney concerning negotiations with Tony and Nina Sgroi over the terms of a possible parking easement involving property owned by the Sgrois along Main Street adjacent to Nino’s Bakery. 10.   Reconvene into Open Session Pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(2) and Return to Village Board Room (Room #2245) and adjourn.
