VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING www.menomonee-falls.org

Public Comment Period At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

e. Resolution exempting the Village from the Waukesha County Library Levy 2019 Tax for 2020 purposes

6. Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Conditional Use Permit allowing Milwaukee Baseball Academy to operate a year-round youth baseball training facility from an Industrial building located at N83W13250 Leon Road subject to the 8 conditions recommended by the Plan Commission.

b. Amendment to the Conditional Use Permit No. 13-4-89 allowing Children's Community Center Inc to expand their playground behind their facilities located at N88 W17550 Christman Road subject to the 9 conditions recommended by the Plan Commission.

c. Resolution approving a Certified Survey Map redividing lands owned by Dennis and Kathleen Reimer located on the east side of Lannon Road approximately 1/4 mile North of Silver Spring Drive subject to the 3 conditions recommended by the Plan Commission.

d. Utility Easement granted to Wisconsin Electric Power Company over land owned by the Village of Menomonee Falls, south of the homes located on Cherokee Drive, on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 9.985.024.

f. Utility easement granted to Wisconsin Electric Power Company on land owned by the Village of Menomonee Falls, located on the North side of Menomonee Avenue approximately 1/2 mile West of Main Street, on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 29.998.

e. Parking lot easement granted to the Village of Menomonee Falls over land owned by Tony and Nina Sgroi. The subject land is located southeast of Nino's Italian Bakery on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 11.296.

7. General Government Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Approval of the Garbage & Recycling Fund (215) - and a Special Charge for Refuse and Recycling Services for 2020.

b. An ordinance amending Chapter 70 of the Municipal Code relating to the licensing of food peddlers.
