a. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Village of Lannon for Snow and Ice Control Services for the 2019 - 2020 Winter Season.

b. An Ordinance establishing the following No Parking Zones on Water St between Falls Parkway and Pershing Avenue Create “No Parking at Any Time 12:00AM-6:00AM, 2 Hour Parking from 6:00AM-4:00PM” parking zone along both sides of Water Street from 215 feet south of Falls Parkway to 190 feet north of Pershing Avenue except by driveways; and Create “No Parking at Any Time” zone along both sides of Water Street from Falls Parkway to a point 215 feet south of Falls Parkway

c. An Ordinance establishing a “No Parking At Any Time” zone along the north side of Manhattan Drive from University Drive east to Franklin Drive.

d. An Ordinance establishing a “No Parking At Any Time, Except for Loading/Unloading” zone on both sides of Mill St between Garfield Drive and a point 400 ft North of Garfield Drive.

7. Convene into Closed Session in the Administrative Conference Room (Room #2244) for the following purposes:

8. Reconvene into Open Session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(2) and return to Village Board Room (Room #2245) and adjourn.
