BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING Menomonee Falls Village Hall, Room 2245 W156N8480 Pilgrim Road, Menomonee Falls, WI Monday, May 4, 2020, 6:30 p.m.

This meeting is being streamed live via the Village's website at www.menomonee-falls.org and broadcast on local cable station 25. The recorded version is available on the website and will be rebroadcast on channel 25 the following week on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at 7:00 a.m., 12 noon, 7:00 p.m., and 12 midnight. Due to the global health emergency, the public is encouraged to stream this meeting live on the Village’s website. The meeting will be held in compliance with guidelines issued by federal, state and local health officials. This meeting will also be recorded and available to the public for viewing on the Village’s website after the meeting concludes. 4. Public Comment The Village Board of Trustees will hold a Public Comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board regarding any matter that involves the Village government or matters over which the Board of Trustees has authority to take action; and that is not the topic of a current or previous public hearing before the Village Board. Campaigning for elected office shall not be allowed during the Public Comment period. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board shall first complete the Public Comment Form that indicates their name, address, and the topic to be discussed. They should then speak from the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. Trustees shall not respond to or debate matters raised during Public Comment. The Public Comment period is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak.

c. Discussion and possible action on a resolution Demanding Governor Evers support the Reasonable, Responsible, Reopening of the State of Wisconsin Plan as proposed by State Representative Horlacher or the Back to Business Plan as proposed by the Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC). Presenters: Trustee Paul Tadda and Trustee Steve Taggart

6. Consent Agenda: Items listed under consent agenda will be approved in one motion without discussion unless any Board member requests that an item be removed for individual discussion. That item then can be considered at an appropriate time during the Board’s regular order of business or under New Business.

a. Resolution Establishing Governmental Responsibility for Urban Nonpoint Source and Stormwater Grants.

b. Operator's License application(s)

7. Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Resolution approving the Silver Spring Estates Phase 7 Final Plat located on the east side of Town Line Road, South of the Union Pacific Railroad Tracks.

8. Committee of the Whole - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Development Agreement between the Village and Weyerhaven, LLC for the Weyerhaven Subdivision - Addition No. 3.

b. Award of Contract for the 2020 Asphalt Paving Program Re-Bid Project #41222.

c. Amended Project Agreement between the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the Village for the Appleton, Pilgrim & Menomonee Intersection Improvements as part of the Highway Safety Improvement Program.

9. New Business - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Approval of the Village President's Appointments of Trustees to the following Boards and Committees: General Government Committee: Jeremy Walz (Chair), Randy Van Alstyne, and Paul Tadda Utilities and Public Works Committee: Katie Kress (Chair), Steve Taggart, and Tim Newman Business Improvement District Board: Katie Kress Community Development Authority: Randy Van Alstyne and Tim Newman Library Board: Jeremy Walz Park Board: Steve Taggart Historical Society Liaison: Jeremy Walz

b. Annual Election of Village Trustee to the Plan Commission.
