c. Application for Renewal for a 2020-2021 Class “B” Fermented Malt Beverage and a “Class B” Liquor License for North Hills Country Club, Victoria Horvath – New Agent, located at N73W13430 Appleton Avenue. (No Police Concerns)

d. Application for a Six Month Class “B” Fermented Malt Beverage License for Business Improvement District of Meno FL, Felicia Reichard – Agent, at Mill Pond Park on Main Street. (No Police Concerns)

7. Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Conditional Use Permit allowing Burton & Mayer Inc. to operate 24 hours per day from their facilities located at N88W13901 Main Street.

b. Quit Claim Deed transferring ownership of the northern half of the vacated portion of Hillside Lane from the Village of Menomonee Falls to Jablonka Investments LLP.

c. Ordinance amending Article III of Chapter 70 of the municipal code relating to the food peddlers license and Mobile Food Vendors in the Village.

8. Utilities and Public Works Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Development Agreement between the Village of Menomonee Falls and Aero Park Single Family, LLC for the Landings at Aero Park Subdivision.

b. Development Agreement between the Village of Menomonee Falls and Lisbon Senior Apartments, LLC for the Highlands at Aero Park Senior Housing Development.

c. Dedication & Acceptance of the Public Improvements in the Tall Pines Condominium Development.

d. Project Agreement between the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the Village of Menomonee Falls for design of the reconstruction of Menomonee Avenue between Town Hall Road and Appleton Ave (STH 175).

e. Project Agreement between the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the Village for the Replacement of the Overview Drive Bridge as part of the State Let Local Bridge Program.

a. Consideration of a motion to appoint Adam C. Koenings as the Menomonee Falls Village Attorney effective August 1, 2020 and to approve an employment agreement between Adam C. Koenings and the Village of Menomonee Falls.
