BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING Menomonee Falls Village Hall, Room 2245 W156N8480 Pilgrim Road, Menomonee Falls, WI Monday, September 21, 2020, 6:30 p.m.

This meeting is being streamed live via the Village's website at www.menomonee-falls.org and broadcast on local cable station 25. 4. Public Comment The Village Board of Trustees will hold a Public Comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board regarding any matter that involves the Village government or matters over which the Board of Trustees has authority to take action; and that is not the topic of a current or previous public hearing before the Village Board. Campaigning for elected office shall not be allowed during the Public Comment period. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board shall first complete the Public Comment Form that indicates their name, address, and the topic to be discussed. They should then speak from the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. Trustees shall not respond to or debate matters raised during Public Comment. The Public Comment period is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak.

6. Consent Agenda: Items listed under consent agenda will be approved in one motion without discussion unless any Board member requests that an item be removed for individual discussion. That item then can be considered at an appropriate time during the Board’s regular order of business or under New Business.

a. Bill Approval for July 2020 in the amount of $3,144,305.65 Bill Approval for August 2020 in the amount of $4,985,429.32

b. Application for Successor of Agent from Kwik Trip, Inc. for Kwik Trip 892 located at N56W14150 Silver Spring dr., Jackie Kraus - New Agent for the 2020-2021 Class “A” Fermented Malt Beverage and “Class A” Liquor License. (No Police Concerns)

c. Application for Successor of Agent from Kwik Trip, Inc. for Kwik Trip 244 located at N88W15476 Main St., Alex Meredith - New Agent for the 2020-2021 Class “A” Fermented Malt Beverage and “Class A” Liquor License. (No Police Concerns)

7. Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. An Ordnance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan for lands located on the southeast corner of Good Hope Road and Appleton Avenue from the Commercial Land Use Classification to the Mixed Use Land Use Classification.

8. General Government Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following item:

a. Approval of the Garbage & Recycling Fund (215) - and a Special Charge for Refuse and Recycling Services for 2021.

9. Utilities and Public Works Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Resolution for Special Assessments for Water Service as part of the Town Line Road and Lisbon Road Water Main Extension – Redbud Lane to Taylor’s Lane, Project No. 72058.

b. Approval of the Dedication & Acceptance of the Public Improvements in the Tamarind Subdivision, Project No. 00130

c. Approval of the Dedication & Acceptance of the Public Improvements in the Tamarind Addn. No. 1 Subdivision, Project No. 00137

d. Approval of Easement Agreement between Schwer, Pflicht, & Werkzeug Properties LLC and the Village of Menomonee Falls for the installation of infrastructure in an existing Village easement.

10. New Business - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. We respectfully request that the following item be added to the Board of Trustees Meeting scheduled for 6:30 PM on September 21, 2020. Requested Agenda Item: Discuss and possible action directing the Village Manager to request an environmental impact statement, at no cost to the village, from the DNR regarding Boundary Road Landfill. This agenda item is requested due to the concerns brought forward from resident feedback about the hazardous materials from the excavation site.
