BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING Menomonee Falls Village Hall, Room 2245 W156N8480 Pilgrim Road, Menomonee Falls, WI Monday, December 7, 2020, 6:30 p.m.

6. Consent Agenda: Items listed under consent agenda will be approved in one motion without discussion unless any Board member requests that an item be removed for individual discussion. That item then can be considered at an appropriate time during the Board’s regular order of business or under New Business.

a. Approval of minutes from previous meetings held on May 18, June 1, August 3, September 8 and 21, November 2 and 16, 2020.

b. Refund US Foods Inc. $3,851.92, per Wisconsin State Statute 74.33, Sharing and Charging Back of Taxes Due to Palpable Errors, for 2019 personal property reported in error, tax key number MNFV U073.

c. Pawnbrokers and Secondhand Article/Jewelry Dealers License application(s)

7. Public Hearings: All persons interested in making comments about any of the public hearing items will be heard. Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication. Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken. Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.

a. A Public Hearing to consider the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding the request of Home Path Financial LP to rezone the parcel of land identified by Tax Key Number 111.999, located on the east side of Clover Lane approximately 1,000 feet north of Silver Spring Drive, from the Planned Residential Development (PRD) District to the R-5 Single Family Residential District. Action Item: Adoption of an Ordinance rezoning the parcel of land identified by Tax Key Number 111.999, located on the east side of Clover Lane approximately 1,000 feet north of Silver Spring Drive, from the Planned Residential Development (PRD) District to the R-5 Single Family Residential District.

8. Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Conditional Use Permit allowing Mared Mechanical the ability to have screened outdoor storage at W128N8600 Old Orchard Road.

9. Utilities and Public Works Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Approval of a Deferral Agreement between the Village of Menomonee Falls and Paul and Carolyn Gohr, W220N5298 Town Line Road, to Defer the Special Assessment levied as part of the Town Line Road and Lisbon Road Water Main Extension, Project No. 72058.

10. New Business - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Consideration and possible approval of an Access Management and Service Agreement between the Village of Menomonee Falls and Falls Cable Access Corporation.
