7. Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Conditional Use Permit allowing Menomonee Falls Jr Phoenix Baseball Inc. to operate an indoor training facility within the I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District at N93W14605 Whittaker Way.

b. Resolution approving a Certified Survey Map redividing lands owned by JES Good Falls, LLC located on the South side of Good Hope Road between Highland Drive and 124th Street, on the parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 93.975.004, 93.997, 93.975.003, 93.994, 93.993, 93.998, 93.999.001, 93.999, 93.987.003, 93.987.002 and 93.987.001.

8. General Government Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Resolution Approving the Amended 2021 Operating Plan for the Business Improvement District in the Village Centre Area of the Village of Menomonee Falls pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes § 66.1109.

9. Utilities and Public Works Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Approval of a Proposal from Visu-Sewer to Line Deteriorating Sanitary Sewer Mains.
