BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING

Monday, February 1, 2021, 6:30 p.m.

This meeting is being streamed live via the Village's website at www.menomonee-falls.org and broadcast on local cable station 25. The recorded version is available on the website and will be rebroadcast on channel 25 the following week on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at 7:00 a.m., 12 noon, 7:00 p.m., and 12 midnight. The Village Board of Trustees will hold a Public Comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board regarding any matter that involves the Village government or matters over which the Board of Trustees has authority to take action; and that is not the topic of a current or previous public hearing before the Village Board. Campaigning for elected office shall not be allowed during the Public Comment period. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board shall first complete the Public Comment Form that indicates their name, address, and the topic to be discussed. They should then speak from the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. Trustees shall not respond to or debate matters raised during Public Comment. The Public Comment period is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak.

9.   Convene into Closed Session in the Village Board Room (Room #2245) for the following purposes:
 
a.   Under Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(e) to confer with the Village Manager, Village Attorney and Village Staff regarding the negotiation strategy to be adopted by the Village in negotiations with the School District of Menomonee Falls over the terms of a possible agreement involving two School District owned properties located on Mill Road east of Pilgrim Road and further identified by Tax Key Numbers MNFV 0091999 and  MNFV 0091999001, and two Village owned parcels located on Menomonee Avenue west of Main Street and further identified by Tax Key Numbers MNFV 0029998 and  MNFV 0030099. b.   Under Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(c) with the Village Manager and Village Attorney for purposes of a performance review and goal setting for the Village Manager as it relates to the performance of the Finance Department of the Village of Menomonee Falls.
 
10.   Reconvene into Open Session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(2) and return to Village Board Room (Room #2245) and adjourn.
