BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING Menomonee Falls Village Hall, Room 2245 W156N8480 Pilgrim Road, Menomonee Falls, WI Monday, March 15, 2021, 6:30 p.m.

4. Public Comment The Village Board of Trustees will hold a Public Comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board regarding any matter that involves the Village government or matters over which the Board of Trustees has authority to take action; and that is not the topic of a current or previous public hearing before the Village Board. Campaigning for elected office shall not be allowed during the Public Comment period. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board shall first complete the Public Comment Form that indicates their name, address, and the topic to be discussed. They should then speak from the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. Trustees shall not respond to or debate matters raised during Public Comment. The Public Comment period is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak.

5. Consent Agenda: Items listed under consent agenda will be approved in one motion without discussion unless any Board member requests that an item be removed for individual discussion. That item then can be considered at an appropriate time during the Board’s regular order of business or under New Business.

a. Bill Approval for February 2021 in the amount of $2,457,736.12

b. Approval of minutes from previous meeting held on March 1, 2021

c. Authorization under § 62-88(2) of the municipal code for the Tri-County YMCA to conduct archery classes and have archery as an activity during their summer camps.

d. Application for Successor of Agent from Kwik Trip Inc. for Kwik Trip #892 located at N56W14150 Silver Spring Dr., Dwain Broadnax - New Agent for the 2020-2021 Class “A” Fermented Malt Beverage and “Class A” Liquor License. (No Police Concerns)

6. Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Ordinance amending the Evergreen Fields Planned Residential Development located at N56W20077 and N56W19813 Silver Spring Drive, on the parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 126.998 and 126.999.005.

7. General Government Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Review and consideration of initial Resolution Authorizing General Obligation Bonds in an Amount Not to Exceed $2,195,000 for Water System Projects.

b. Review and consideration of a initial Resolution Authorizing Not to Exceed $1,515,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds

c. Review and consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the Issuance and Establishing Parameters for the Sale of Not to Exceed $3,180,000 General Obligation Promissory Notes, Series 2021A.

d. Review and consideration of a Resolution Establishing Parameters for the Sale of Not to Exceed $3,710,000 General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds, Series 2021B.

8. Utilities and Public Works Committee - Discussion and possible action on the following items:

a. Resolution Establishing Governmental Responsibility for Urban Nonpoint Source and Stormwater Grants.

b. Ordinance Establishing Certain Street Parking Restrictions in the Downtown Pursuant to Section 106-133 of the Municipal Code.
