This meeting is being streamed live via the Village's website at www.menomonee-falls.org and broadcast on local cable station 25. The recorded version is available on the website and will be rebroadcast on channel 25 the following week on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at 7:00 a.m., 12 noon, 7:00 p.m., and 12 midnight. 4.   Public Comment

 
The Village Board of Trustees will hold a Public Comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board regarding any matter that involves the Village government or matters over which the Board of Trustees has authority to take action; and that is not the topic of a current or previous public hearing before the Village Board. Campaigning for elected office shall not be allowed during the Public Comment period. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board shall first complete the Public Comment Form that indicates their name, address, and the topic to be discussed. They should then speak from the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. Trustees shall not respond to or debate matters raised during Public Comment. The Public Comment period is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak.

7.   Plan Commission - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   Resolution approving a Yard Adjustment allowing a proposed building for Johnstone Supply to be located 51 feet from the rear property line.  The building would be located on the vacant parcel to the west of the building located at N59W13500 Manhardt Drive. Click to View
 
b.   Resolution approving the Final Plat for the Sanctuary at Good Hope Subdivision located on the Southwest corner of Good Hope and Town Hall Roads, on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 82.999.002. Click to View

11.   Convene into Closed Session in the Village Board Room (Room #2245) under Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(e) to confer with Village staff regarding the negotiation strategy to be adopted by the Village in:
 
  • negotiations over the terms of a possible development agreement with one or more owners or potential developers of property in Tax Increment District No. 8;
  • negotiations over the terms of a possible development agreement with one or more owners or potential developers of property identified as Tax Keys MNFV0074999, MNFV0076999 and MNFV0075996002.
