3. Presentation by Gruen Gruen + Associates - "What Can Local Governments Do to Help Their Communities Thrive in a Changing Economic Climate?"

4. Presentation by Tyler Zwagerman relating to the process of the 2015 Comprehensive Plan Update, Input Received during the March 8, 2016 Public Hearing, and the recommended modifications by the Village Plan Commission.

5. The request of HRH Acquisitions LLC to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan, for the lands located near the Southwest corner of Highland Drive and Good Hope Road, from the Commercial Land Use Classification to the Mixed Use Land Use Classification. The subject lands are located in the Northeast ¼ of Section 24, and identified by Tax Key Numbers 93.975, 93.983, and 93.984. At its meeting on March 8, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be adopted.

6. The adoption of an Ordinance approving the 2015 Comprehensive Plan Update for the Village of Menomonee Falls. At its meeting on March 8, 2016 the Plan Commission unanimously recommended this Ordinance be approved.
