Due to the global health emergency, the public is encouraged to stream this meeting live on the Village’s website. Limited seating will be available in Room 2245 to comply with various guidelines issued by federal, state and local health officials. This meeting will also be recorded and available to the public for viewing on the Village’s website after the meeting concludes.

Roll Call

Consideration of a Resolution Ratifying the March 20, 2020 Proclamation Declaring a Local State of Emergency

Consideration of an Ordinance Changing the Location of the Polling Places for the 2020 Spring Election to be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2020.

Convene into closed session in Room 2245 to confer with the Village Manager and Interim Village Attorney under Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(c) and (1)(f) regarding the retirement of the Interim Fire Chief and related Fire Department personnel issues in light of the current emergency.

Reconvene into Open Session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(2)
