Meeting is scheduled for 6:30 pm in the VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS BOARD ROOM #2245, W156N8480 Pilgrim Road.
 

Plan Commission meetings are streamed live via the Village's website and broadcast on local cable station 25. The recorded version is broadcast beginning next week Tuesday, Thursday,and Saturday at 7:00 am, 12 noon, 7:00 pm, and 10:00 pm until the end of the month.
 
             
1.   APPROVAL OF MINUTES
 
a.   Approval of the minutes of the of the March 4, 2014 meeting.
 
2.   PUBLIC HEARINGS
 
a.   Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of PRESBYTERIAN HOMES OF WISCONSIN, INC. to obtain a Conditional Use Permit for a senior housing community to be known as DIXON HOLLOW.  The proposed development would be located on the Northwest corner of Pilgrim and Lisbon Roads, in the Southeast ¼ of Section 34, Tax Key Numbers 136.997, 136.998, and 136.999.002,   P-2 Institutional District.

3.   APPEARANCES
 
a.   Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of the HIGH POINT COMMONS, LLC to rezone land from the C-1 Neighborhood Business to the C-1 Neighborhood Business with the OC-5 Commercial Service Overlay District.  The subject land is generally located on the northwest corner of Silver Spring Drive and Lilly Road, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26, Tax Key Number 104.984.001.

b.   Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding the approval of the Final Plat for the SPENCER’S PASS WEST Subdivision proposed to be located on the north side of Silver Spring Drive, West the Spencer’s Pass East Subdivision, in the Southeast and Southwest ¼’s of Section 29, Tax Key Numbers 115.992 and 116.997.003, R-3.5 Single Family Residential District, FF Floodfringe District, and FW Floodway District.

c.   Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of TALL PINES CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT, LLC to amend Resolution No. 562-R-05 modifying the Tall Pines Planned Residential Development (PRD), generally located at the northeast corner of Marcy Road and Silver Spring Drive, in the Southeast 1/4 of 28, Tax Key Numbers 112.998.002, 122.998.003, 122.998.004, and 122.998.005, PRD Planned Residential Development, and CW-1 Conservancy-Wetlands District.

d.   Conceptual review regarding a proposed residential development for FIDUCIARY REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT, INC. on lands owned by THOMAS AND SHERRY WRUCK, and THE VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS.  The subject land is generally located on the North side of Lisbon Road, between One Mile Road and Lannon Road, in the Southwest ¼ and Southeast ¼ of Section 32, Tax Key Numbers 128.998.005, 127.991.006 and part of Tax Key Number 127.999, PRD Planned Residential Development District, A-1 Agricultural District, and Shoreland - Wetland District.
