Meeting is scheduled for 6:30 pm in the VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS BOARD ROOM #2245, W156N8480 Pilgrim Road.
 

Plan Commission meetings are being streamed live via the Village's website and broadcast on local cable station 25. The recorded version is broadcast beginning next week Tuesday, Thursday,and Saturday at 7:00 am, 12 noon, 7:00 pm, and 10:00 pm until the end of the month.

a.   Approval of the minutes of the April 8th, 2014 Plan Commission meeting.

a.   Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of TALL PINES CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT, LLC to amend Resolution No. 562-R-05 modifying the Tall Pines Planned Residential Development (PRD), generally located at the northeast corner of Marcy Road and Silver Spring Drive, in the Southeast 1/4 of 28, Tax Key Numbers 112.998.002, 122.998.003, 122.998.004, and 122.998.005, PRD Planned Residential Development, and CW-1 Conservancy-Wetlands District.
