a.   Approval of the minutes of the August 5, 2014 Plan Commission meeting.
 
b.   Approval of the minutes of the August 28, 2014 Special Plan Commission meeting.

a.   Public hearing on a recommendation to the Village Board on the request of KWIK TRIP to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing a convenience store and gas station on the property owned by ERNIE VON SCHLEDORN located on the Northeast corner of Main Street and Pilgrim Road, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 2, Tax Key Numbers 7.109 and 7.994, Planned Development District (PDD) No. 2.

b.   Public hearing on a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of FIDUCIARY REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT and UNITED FINANCIAL GROUP, INC. to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan, for lands generally located in the Southwest ¼ of Section 32, on the North side of Lisbon Road between Lannon Road and One Mile Road.  The request would reclassify a portion of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 127.999 from the Park and Open Space Land Use Classification to the Low Density Residential Land Use Classification.  The request would also reclassify a parcel identified by Tax Key Number 127.991.007 from the Low Density Residential Land Use Classification with the Density Bonus Overlay to the High Density Residential Land Use Classification.
