a.   Public hearing on a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of WACKER NEUSON PRODUCTION AMERICAS LLC to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 11-2-08 allowing outdoor storage and testing of machinery and equipment.  The proposed location of the business is N92 W15000 Anthony Avenue, in the Northwest ¼ of Section 2, Tax Key Numbers 6.992.003 and 6.992.004, I-1 Light Industrial District.
