Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of RIVERCREST CENTRE LLC to obtain a conditional use permit allowing the expansion of a restaurant with outside seating. The proposed location of the business is W176 N9360 Rivercrest Drive, in the Northeast ¼ of Section 4, Part of Tax Key Number 13.998.012, C-1 Neighborhood Business District.
Initial discussion regarding the request of ARTHUR SAWALL to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan, for the lands located on the Northeast corner of Stone Drive and Hampton Road, from the Low Density Residential Land Use Classification (< 2 dwelling units per acre) to the Medium Density Residential Land Use Classification (between 2 and 6 dwelling units per acre). The subject lands are located in the Southwest ¼ of Section 35, and identified by Tax Key Numbers 140.014 and 140.015.

Consideration of preliminary and final approval of a Certified Survey Map on the request of COMMUNITY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL combining parcels owned by FROEDTERT HEALTH, located at W180 N8085 Town Hall Road, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 9, Tax Key Numbers 35.995 and 35.995.003, in the P-2 Institutional Zoning District..
Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding the acquisition of property owned by KAL, LLC located at N88 W16634 Appleton Avenue, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 03, Tax Key Number 11.306, C-2 Community Business and OVC Village Center Overlay.
Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees to declare excess right of way and adopt a resolution vacating an unnamed and unused right of way, extending North from Manhardt Drive, between parcel 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 8763 and Parcel 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 9307, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 25.
