a.   Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of  COSTCO WHOLESALE to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing a members only retail warehouse and a free standing fueling facility within 300 feet of Highway 41/45.  The proposed site is on the Southeast corner of Water Street and Falls Parkway, in the Southeast ¼ of Section 3, Tax Key Number 12.018 and parts of Tax Key Numbers 9.987.001, 12.021, 12.021.001, 12.202.003, 12.941, and 12.999.003, Planned Development District No. 2. a.   Reconsideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of TATE BOHO to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan, for the lands located on the Northwest corner of Main Street and Hoyt Drive, from the Medium Density Residential Land Use Classification to the Commercial Land Use Classification.  The subject lands are located at N88W16954 Main Street, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 3, and identified Tax Key Number 11.978. a.   Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of RIVERCREST CENTRE LLC to obtain a conditional use permit allowing the expansion of a restaurant with outside seating.  The proposed location of the business is W176 N9360 Rivercrest Drive, in the Northeast ¼ of Section 4, Part of Tax Key Number 13.998.012, C-1 Neighborhood Business District.
