b.   Initial discussion regarding the request of the BOUCHER GROUP to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan, for the lands located at N81W12920 Leon Road, from the Industrial Land Use Classification to the Commercial Land Use Classification.  The subject lands are located in the Southeast ¼ of Section 12, and identified by Tax Key Number 48.996.007. c.   Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of BOUCHER GROUP to rezone lands at N81W12920 Leon Road, from I-1 Light Industrial District to the I-1 Light Industrial District with the OC-5 Commercial Service Overlay District. e.   Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan, for the lands generally located on the East side of Lannon Road, approximately ½ mile South of County Line Road, from the Agricultural Holding Area Land Use Classification to the Rural Density Residential Land Use Classification (allowing densities ranging from 3 acres to 35 acres per dwelling unit).  These lands are located in the Southwest ¼ of Section 5, and identified by Tax Key Number 19.999.001. f.   Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of J. Bradley Bence to rezone lands located on the East side of Lannon Road approximately 1/2 mile south of County Line Road, from the A-1 Agriculture District to the CDD Conservation Development District.
