Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan, for the lands generally located on the East side of Lannon Road, approximately ½ mile South of County Line Road, from the Agricultural Holding Area Land Use Classification to the Rural Density Residential Land Use Classification (allowing densities ranging from 3 acres to 35 acres per dwelling unit).
