a.   Public hearing on a recommendation to the Village Board on the request of HARVEY FRIESS and HANSON WATER WORKS INC to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing TORNADO BREWERY to have outdoor seating and to have its hours of operation extended until 2:00AM. The subject property is located at N88W16718 Appleton Avenue. The area of the outdoor seating would be located on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 11.210, and a portion of 11.209, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 3, C-2 Community Business District and OVC Village Centre Overlay District.
