b.   Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board on the request of WOODLAND VILLAGE AT NORTH HILLS OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC and WOODLANDS RETAIL LLC to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing outdoor seating at THREE CELLARS located at N72 W13400 Lund Lane.  The subject site is further identified by Tax Key Numbers 51.944.008 and 51.944.052, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 13, Planned Development District No. 1.
