a.   Public Hearing on a recommendation to the Village Board on the request of WOODLAND VILLAGE AT NORTH HILLS OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC and WOODLANDS RETAIL LLC to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing outdoor seating at THREE CELLARS located at N72W13400 Lund Lane.  The subject site is further identified by Tax Key Numbers 51.944.008 and 51.944.052, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 13, Planned Development District No. 1.

Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board on the request of WOODLAND VILLAGE AT NORTH HILLS OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC and WOODLANDS RETAIL LLC to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing outdoor seating at THREE CELLARS located at N72W13400 Lund Lane.  The subject site is further identified by Tax Key Numbers 51.944.008 and 51.944.052, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 13, Planned Development District No. 1.
