a. b. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of TOMICH INVESTMENTS to rezone lands located at W204 N5360 Lannon Road, from the A-1 Agricultural District to the R-3.5 Single Family Residential District. The subject land is located in the Northwest 14; of Section 32, and identified by Tax Key Number 126.996.

c. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding the potential acquisition of additional park lands in Aero Park. The subject lands are generally located ; mile North of Lisbon Road and &; mile East of Lannon Road, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32, Part of Tax Key Number 127.991.006, PRD Planned Residential Development District and Shoreland - Wetland District.
