The subject property is located at N60 W16230 Kohler Lane, in the Northeast ¼ of Section 4, Tax Key Number 105.999.003, I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of STANLEY DRIVE LLC to grant a conditional use permit to allow an auto body collision shop and outdoor storage of equipment related to the operations of a landscape business. The subject property is located at N60 W16230 Kohler Lane, in the Northeast ¼ of Section 4, Tax Key Number 105.999.003, I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District.

c. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of ALDI INC to grant a conditional use permit allowing a grocery store on lands currently owned by WOODMAN’S FOOD MARKET, INC. The subject property is located at the northwest corner of Boundary Road and Leon Road, in the Southeast ¼ of Section 12, Tax Key Number 48.985.003, I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District.

d. Consideration of preliminary and final approval of a land division re-dividing land owned by CP-26, LLC generally located on the northeast side of Falls Parkway, South of Highway 41/45 and adjacent to the Froedtert Orthopaedic, Sports, and Spine Center. The lot is further described being in the Southeast ¼ of Section 3, Tax Key Number 9.987.009, Planned Development District No. 2.

e. Consideration of preliminary and final approval of a Certified Survey Map dividing lands owned by BROOK-FALLS VENTURES, LLC, located at N48W14850 Lisbon Road, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35, Tax Key Number 139.991, C-1 Neighborhood Business District.

f. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of the ERNIE VON SCHLEDORN PONTIAC-BUICK INC to rezone land from the I-2 Heavy Industrial District to the C-1 Neighborhood Business with the OC-5 Commercial Service Overlay District. The subject land is generally located on the Northeast corner of Fountain Boulevard and Main Street, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 2, Tax Key Number 8.989.
