Consideration of preliminary and final approval of a Land Division dividing lands located south of CVS on Appleton Avenue, and a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees approving a Certified Survey Map on the request of CAVE ENTERPRISES LLC on lands currently owned by PHARMACY LLC c/o CVS CAREMARKONE. The subject property is located near the northeast corner of the Appleton Avenue and Pilgrim Road intersection directly south of the CVS Pharmacy, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 11, Tax Key Number 43.997.006, C-1 Neighborhood Business District with the OC-5 Commercial Service Overlay.

b. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of CAVE ENTERPRISES LLC to grant a conditional use permit allowing a fast-food restaurant on lands currently owned by PHARMACY LLC c/o CVS CAREMARKONE. The subject property is located near the northeast corner of the Appleton Avenue and Pilgrim Road intersection directly south of the CVS Pharmacy, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 11, Tax Key Number 43.997.006, C-1 Neighborhood Business District with the OC-5 Commercial Service Overlay.

c. Consideration, deliberation and a possible decision on the request of CAVE ENTERPRISES LLC to obtain a sign exception allowing a proposed BURGER KING restaurant to exceed the allowable number of wall signs. The vacant property is located near the northeast corner of the Appleton Avenue and Pilgrim Road intersection directly south of the CVS Pharmacy, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 11, Tax Key Number 43.997.006, C-1 Neighborhood Business District with the OC-5 Commercial Service Overlay.

d. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of FALLS BAPTIST CHURCH to rezone a portion of the land located at N68W12467 Appleton Avenue, from the R-2 Single Family Residential District to the P-2 Institutional District. The subject land is located in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 24 and identified by Tax Key Number 96.995.

e. Consideration of preliminary and final approval of a Land Division redividing lands abutting Appleton Avenue, Northfield Drive and Parkway Drive; and a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees approving the Certified Survey Map. The subject lands are located in the Northeast and Southeast ¼’s of Section 24, Tax Key Numbers 93.944, 93.947.004, 93.947.009, and portions of parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 96.995, 96.996, 96.997, and 96.999, P-2 Institutional District, R-2 Single Family Residential District and CW-1 Conservancy - Wetlands District.

f. Consideration of preliminary and final approval of a Land Division redividing lands abutting Appleton Avenue, between Ruby Road and Parkway Drive; and a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees approving the Certified Survey Map. The subject lands are located in the Northeast ¼ of Section 24, portions of parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 96.995, 96.996, and 96.997, R-3 Single Family Residential District.

g. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of FALLS BAPTIST CHURCH INC. to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 9-24-11 allowing an additional dormitory Southeast of the existing dormitory located at W128N6818 Northfield Drive. The new facility would be located in Southeast 1/4 of Section 24, identified by a portion of Tax Key Number 96.995, in the P-2 Institutional District.

h. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of THRIVE ARCHITECTS, LLC to obtain Planned Infill Development (PID) Overlay Zoning District approval allowing an addition to an existing apartment complex owned by APPLETON APARTMENTS, LLC. The property is located at N88 W16351 Appleton Avenue in the Northeast ¼ of Section 10, Tax Key Numbers 37.979 and 37.978.001, RM-1 Multifamily Zoning District.

i. Consideration, deliberation and a possible decision on the request of MOORE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES to obtain a sign exception to exceed the allowable number of wall signs. The subject property is located near the Northeast corner of Silver Spring Drive and Enterprise Avenue, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26, Tax Key Number 104.997.007, I-2 Heavy Industrial Zoning District.

j. Consideration of the approval request of BENCE BUILD, LLC to obtain a lighting adjustment for the parking lot of the proposed multi-tenant industrial building on Stratton Circle and Old Orchard Road, directly north from Briggs and Stratton Corporation, in the Northeast ¼ of Section 12, Tax Key Number 48.996.003, I-1 Light Industrial District.
