The area is further described as being located in the Northeast ¼ Section 3, on parcels currently identified by Tax Key Numbers 9.985, 9.985.002, 9.985.022, and 9.985.005, I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of GLENROY, INC to obtain approval for a Planned Infill Development (PID) allowing an addition connecting the buildings located at W158N9361 Nor-X-Way Avenue and N92W15966 Megal Drive. d. Consideration, deliberation and a possible decision on the request of ALDI FOODS to obtain a sign exception allowing an Aldi grocery store exceed the allowable number of wall signs. The subject property is located at the northwest corner of Boundary Road and Leon Road, in the Southeast ¼ of Section 12, Tax Key Number 48.985.003, I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District.
