a.   Public hearing on a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of GLENROY, INC to obtain approval for a Planned Infill Development (PID) allowing an addition connecting the buildings located at W158N9361 Nor-X-Way Avenue and N92W15966 Megal Drive. The area is further described as being located in the Northeast ¼ Section 3, on parcels currently identified by Tax Key Numbers 9.985, 9.985.002, 9.985.022, and 9.985.005, I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District.
