a.   Public hearing on a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of HILLCREST BUILDERS to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan for lands located on the east side of Pilgrim Road approximately 600 feet south of Good Hope Road, from the Low Density Residential and Institutional Land Use Classifications to the Medium Density Residential Land Use Classification.  The subject lands include a portion of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 85.997.004 and the entire parcel identified by Tax Key Number 85.997.003.

Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of HILLCREST BUILDERS to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan for lands located on the east side of Pilgrim Road approximately 600 feet south of Good Hope Road, from the Low Density Residential and Institutional Land Use Classifications to the Medium Density Residential Land Use Classification.  The subject lands include a portion of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 85.997.004 and the entire parcel identified by Tax Key Number 85.997.003.

f.   Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees to declare excess right of way and adopt a resolution introducing and referring for public hearing and proceedings a Resolution regarding the vacation of the western portions of Stanley Drive, generally located west of Fountain Boulevard.  The subject right of way is located south of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 8.991, located in the Southeast ¼ of Section 2.
