Action Item: Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of the SOCIAL HAUS to obtain Planned Infill Development (PID) Overlay Zoning for two building additions on the property located at N48W18490 Lisbon Road.

a. Consideration, deliberation and a possible decision on the request of COBALT EVS HEALTH to obtain sign exceptions allowing Ascension to increase the area and height of two new monuments signs. The subject property is located at N88 W14275 Main Street, Tax Key No. 8.991.001.

b. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of HAHN INVESTMENTS MFB, LLC to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 4-36-20 allowing a storage building at Hahn Ace Hardware located at N48W13530 Hampton Road, Tax Key Number 143.998.001.

c. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding an Ordinance amending the EVERGREEN FIELDS PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT located at N56W20077 and N56W19813 Silver Spring Drive, on the parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 126.998 and 126.999.005.

d. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding the adoption of an Ordinance adopting THE GLEN AT WANAKI PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT, located on the eastern half of the parcel located at W220N4912 Town Line Road, on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 123.995, and the southern portions of parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 123.999.004, 123.999.005, and 123.999.006.

e. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of HEIDI SICKELS to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan for the parcel located at N94W20571 Schlei Road from the Agricultural Holding Area Land Use Classification to the Rural Density Residential Land Use Classification. The subject parcel is identified by Tax Key Number 21.994.004.
