b.   Public hearing on a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of STEPHEN PERRY SMITH ARCHITECTS to obtain a Yard Adjustment allowing a proposed building for JOHNSTONE SUPPLY to be located 51 feet from the rear property line.  The proposed building would be located on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 99.999.003, located west of the building located at N59W13500 Manhardt Drive.
