Action Item: Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees to grant a conditional use permit for LEARN AND LEAD CHILDCARE AND PRESCHOOL LLC located at N79W14749 Appleton Avenue in the C-1 Neighborhood Business Zoning District, Tax Key No. 53.027.002.

b. Public hearing regarding an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan, for lands generally located between N67W14696 and N67W14676 Ash Drive, from the Park and Open Space Land Use Classification to the Low Density Residential Land Use Classification. The subject land is a portion of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 92.204. Action Item: Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of the VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS to adopt an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan, for lands generally located between N67W14696 and N67W14676 Ash Drive, from the Park and Open Space Land Use Classification to the Low Density Residential Land Use Classification. The subject land is a portion of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 92.204.

Consideration of preliminary and final approval of a land division and recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding a Certified Survey Map dividing lands owned by WILLIAM & LINDA RAKOW located at N94 W20571 Schlei Road. The subject parcel is located in the R-1 Single Family Residential and A-1 Agricultural Zoning Districts, Tax Key No. 21.994.004.

b. Consideration of preliminary and final approval of a Certified Survey Map on the request of MICHAEL LAFFIN to combine the two parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 56.956.001 and 56.956.002 located at W148 N7230 Woodland Drive in the R-2 Single Family Zoning District.

d. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board regarding the management of common open space within the SANCTUARY AT GOOD HOPE subdivision located on the Southwest corner of Good Hope and Town Hall Roads, on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 82.999.002.

e. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of THRIVE ARCHITECTS, LLC to obtain Planned Infill Development (PID) Overlay Zoning District approval allowing an addition to an existing apartment complex owned by APPLETON APARTMENTS, LLC. The property is located at N88 W16351 Appleton Avenue, Tax Key Numbers 37.979 and 37.978.001, C-1 Neighborhood Business District.

f. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees for a Conditional Use Permit on the request of BENCE BUILD, LLC for a new industrial building with 24-hour operations for TAILORED LABEL PRODUCTS, INC. located on the parcel at the southeast corner of Good Hope Road and Flint Drive in the I-3 Office and Light Industrial Zoning District.
