b.   Public hearing regarding an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan, for lands located at N57W13759 Thurston Avenue, from the Low Density Residential Land Use Classification to the Industrial Land Use Classification.  The subject land is identified by Tax Key Number 99.998.
