The recorded version is available on the website and will be rebroadcast on channel 25 the following week on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at 7:00 a.m., 12 noon, 7:00 p.m., and 12 midnight. 4.   Public Comment

 
The Village Board of Trustees will hold a Public Comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board regarding any matter that involves the Village government or matters over which the Board of Trustees has authority to take action; and that is not the topic of a current or previous public hearing before the Village Board. Campaigning for elected office shall not be allowed during the Public Comment period. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board shall first complete the Public Comment Form that indicates their name, address, and the topic to be discussed. They should then speak from the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. Trustees shall not respond to or debate matters raised during Public Comment. The Public Comment period is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak.

b.   Application for a 2021-2022 Class “B” Fermented Malt Beverage and a “Class C” Wine License from MR Chicken LLC, Ron Stokes - Agent, for Dave's Hot Chicken located at N92W16125 Falls Parkway, subject to Building Department, Fire Department, Planning Department and Health Department Approvals. (New Licensee) (No Police Concern)
 
7.   Public Hearings: All persons interested in making comments about any of the public hearing items will be heard. Formal petitions and written comments regarding any of the public hearing items may be submitted tonight. During the public hearing(s), if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes and attempt to avoid duplication.  Each person speaking at the public hearing must complete a Public Hearing Appearance form before speaking and hand it to the Village Clerk after they have spoken.  Forms are available on the table located at the back of the room.

  • Approval of re-appointment of Kristen Sobotka to the Business Improvement District Board of Directors for a three-year term from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024.
  • Approval of appointment of Layla Obregon to the Business Improvement District Board of Directors to fill the seat vacated by the resignation of Carey Garcia with a term to expire on December 31, 2022.

12.   Convene into Closed Session for the following purposes:
 
a.   Convene into Closed Session in the Village Board Room (Room #2245) under Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(e) to confer regarding the negotiation strategy to be adopted by the Village in regard to the following matters:
 
  • Negotiations with potential buyers for the possible sale of approximately half an acre of land on Ash Drive between Tax Key MNFV0092166 and MNFV0092167.
  • Negotiations over the terms of a possible acquisition agreement with one or more owners of property in Tax Incremental District No. 6
  • Negotiations over the terms of a possible development agreement with one or more owners or potential developers of property in Tax Incremental District
    No. 8
  • Negotiations over the terms of a possible development agreement with one or more owners or potential developers of property in Tax Incremental District
    No. 10
  • Negotiations over the terms of a possible municipal easement agreement with the Harmony Hills Community Association related to Tall Oak Court.
