The proposed development is located at an unaddressed parcel located at the Northwest 1/4 of Section 24, Town 8 North, Range 20 East, and is identified by Tax Key No. 94.999.004

c. Plan Commission's annual review of the Housing Affordability Analysis required under Wis. Stat. § 66.10013(2).
