b. Consideration of preliminary and final approval of a Certified Survey Map consolidating lands owned by Didar Singh. The Certified Survey Map combines W151N7314 Paseo Lane (Tax Key Number 0055147007) with one adjacent vacant parcel and two outlots (Tax Key Numbers: 0055147006, 0055147008 & 0055147).
c. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of MAACO LLC to rezone the existing lot located at N57W13302 Reichert Avenue, identified by Tax Key Number 0099019, from the I-2 Heavy Industrial District to the I-1 Light Industrial District with the OC-5 Commercial Service Overlay District.
