4. Approval of Minutes of the July 8, 2025 Plan Commission meeting.

a. Consideration of a sign exception allowing QUIETWOOD SUBDIVISION and QUIETWOOD ADDITION NO. 1 on lands owned by QUIET WOOD DEVELOPMENT, LLC to install a monument sign that exceeds the maximum square footage for content area located at One Mile Road and Quietwood Drive and identified by Tax Key No.128.093.
b. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding the Final Plat of FOX RIVER FALLS ADDITION NO. 3, located on the North side of Silver Spring Drive, approximately 1/4-mile West of Lannon Road, on a portion of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 12.0124.
c. Approval of the HAWK'S VIEW PRELIMINARY PLAT proposed at W180N7573 Town Hall Road (Tax Key #: 63.999) and lands part of the Southeast 1/4 and Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 and the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section16, Town 8N, Range 20E (Tax Key #: 62.983.004).
d. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of FALLS VENTURES, LLC to rezone land located at Silver Spring Drive and Red Crown Lane from A-1 Agriculture and PRD Planned Residential Development to PRD Planned Residential Development and SW Shoreland Wetland. The subject land is identified by Tax Key Numbers 12.5050 and 12.5051.
e. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees to approve an Ordinance rezoning lands from the A-1 Agricultural District to the Planned Residential Development (PRD) District and Shoreland Wetlands and creating the HILLTOP GROVE PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT located on lands owned by JAMES AND CASSANDRA FOMOLO AND SCOTT AND MARY MERRIMAN at W204N6793 Lannon Road and N64W20780 Mill Road on the parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 76.993.001 and 76.995.
f. Approval of the HILLTOP GROVE PRELIMINARY PLAT proposed at W204N6793 Lannon Road and N64W20780 Mill Road on the parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 76.993.001 and 76.995.
