a. Approval of the FOX RIVER FALLS PHASE 5 PRELIMINARY PLAT proposed on the North side of Silver Spring Drive, approximately 1/4 mile West of Lannon Road, on a portion of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 120.991.001.

b. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees to declare excess right of way and adopt a resolution introducing and referring for public hearing and proceedings a Resolution regarding the vacation of land adjacent to Hillview Drive, west of Lannon Road, directly adjacent to the parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 24.007 and 24.008.

c. Plan Commission's annual review of the New Housing Fee Report required under Wis. Stat. § 66.10014(3)(b).

d. Plan Commission's annual review of the Housing Affordability Analysis required under Wis. Stat. § 66.10013(2).
