Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees to approve an Ordinance rezoning lands from the A-1 Agricultural District to the Planned Residential Development (PRD) District and Shoreland Wetlands and creating the HILLTOP GROVE PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT located on lands owned by JAMES AND CASSANDRA FOMOLO AND SCOTT AND MARY MERRIMAN at W204N6793 Lannon Road and N64W20780 Mill Road on the parcels identified by Tax Key Numbers 76.993.001 and 76.995.
