a. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding the Final Plat of the EVERGREEN FIELDS PHASE 7 Subdivision, generally located 1/4 mile east of Lannon Road, and 1/4 mile south of Silver Spring Drive, on a portion of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 126.197.

b. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees to approve an Ordinance rezoning lands from the R-1 Single Family Residential to the Planned Residential Development (PRD) District and creating THE RESERVE AT LANNON ROAD SUBDIVISION located on lands owned by HERBERT K GROSS on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 79.994.012.

c. Consideration of the request of William Gentil, Home Path Financial Limited Partnership, to approve THE RESERVE AT LANNON ROAD PRELIMINARY PLAT proposed on the East side of Lannon Road, south of the Broadview Subdivision, approximately 400 feet North of Mill Road, on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 79.994.012.
