Consideration of preliminary and final approval of a land division and a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding a Certified Survey Map at the request of MATT CUDNEY, VH ACQUISITIONS, LLC to create a new lot and outlot located at W204N6793 LANNON RD., and identified by Tax Key Number 76.993.001.

b. Consideration of preliminary and final approval of a land division and a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding a Certified Survey Map at the request of MATT CUDNEY, VH ACQUISITIONS, LLC to create two new lots located at N64W20780 Mill RD., and identified by Tax Key Number 76.995.

c. Consideration of preliminary and final approval of a Certified Survey Map at the request of PAUL LINDERMANN OF HOLY CROSS LUTHERAN CHURCH to create two new lots located at W156N8185 PILGRIM ROAD and Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 9324., and identified by Tax Key Numbers 40.982 and 40.957.002.

d. Consideration of a public easement granted to the Village of Menomonee Falls over land owned by FPOC LLC (TIMOTHY DUNNE, DUNNE COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES). Located on land identified by Tax Key 11.994.

e. Consideration of a request for a lighting exception by ARDEN PROPERTY GROUP on lands owned by WILDWOOD HIGHLANDS LLC, WILDWOOD HIGHLANDS II LLC, and WILDWOOD TOWNHOMES I LLC allowing Wildwood Highlands to exceed the maximum height for light poles in their parking lot. The subject site is located on the parcels identified by Tax Key No. 61.999.005, 61.999.006, 61.999.007, 61.999.008, 61.999.009, 61.999.012, 61.999.013, 61.999.016, 61.999.017, 61.999.018, and 61.999.019.

f. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding the Final Plat of TAMARIND ADDITION NO. 3, located approximately NW of the intersection of W Lisbon Rd and One Mile Rd, on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 127.112.

g. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding the Final Plat of TAMARIND ADDITION NO. 4, located approximately NW of the intersection of W Lisbon Rd and One Mile Rd, on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 128.998.004.

h. Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees to approve an ordinance rezoning lands from the A-2 Agriculture/Urban Fringe District to the Planned Residential Development (PRD) District at the request of MICHELLE AND BRAD MEINZER to create two new lots located at N56W19653 SILVER SPRING DRIVE and identified by Tax Key Number 126.999.001.
